Shipping policy

Delivery charges and options are calculated at checkout, and will vary depending on the value, weight, size and destination of your order. Certain items will require specific delivery services.

We always endeavour to dispatch orders as soon as possible. Orders received before 12.30pm will normally be sent out the same day. Orders placed after 12.30pm are normally dispatched the following day. We are unable to dispatch orders on Saturdays, Sundays or Mondays. Orders placed on these days will be dispatched on Tuesday.

Great Britain

We use Royal Mail or Parcel Force, depending on the overall weight and size of your order. For those not wishing to use these services, we offer a UPS delivery option.

Standard (3-6 Days)	£2.50 or FREE if order value is over £60
Express Tracked (1-3 Days)	£6.00
UPS Domestic 48	£9.50/£16.50 (Depending on weight)

Bladed Items

To comply with UK law, knives and multitools are shipped using an age-verified delivery service. Proof of age ID (18+) will be required upon delivery.

European Orders

We have now resumed shipping to countries within the EU (excluding Russia and Ukraine). Shipping costs and options are displayed at checkout.

Please note that the receiver is responsible for payment of any additional import duties and fees.

International Orders

We regret that we are currently unable to dispatch orders to address outside the UK and the EU. We are working to reintroduce international shipping as soon as possible.
